Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow twenty-four (24) hours after delivery of the product to make any claims for missing or damaged items. All
other return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. In order to process your return, you first must obtain an Authorization from
us. Orders without an Authorization will not to be issued a refund. To
obtain an Authorization, please contact us. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items for refund must be received by us from you within seven (7) days of any claim. At our sole discretion, after seven (7) calendar days, we will offer an
exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused
condition" or no refund will be issued. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit
