CT Bingo Supply has been in the Bingo supply business for over 25 years.  Started as a family business, we have since grown to become the largest supplier of bingo and charitable games supplies and equipment in southern New England. Our customer base has increased to include over 150 Bingo operations and pull tab ticket sales locations.  We are an approved vendor of Bingo paper, supplies, and Bingo and pull tab ticket equipment with the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, Gaming Division.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FAQ:

1.  Question: What payment methods do you accept?

Answer:  We accept PayPal and the following credit and bank debit cards as payment for your orders:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit or gift cards

You can use debit, pre-paid, and gift cards issued by the companies above as well as their standard credit cards. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than U.S. dollars (USD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

You'll need to choose a single payment method to place your order with us. You can't split your payment between multiple cards. This includes gift/pre-paid cards issued by the companies above.

2.  Question:  Do you accept pre-paid/gift card as payment methods?

Answer:  Yes.  If you are using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit/gift card, please note the following restrictions:

  • Pre-paid gift cards can't be combined with credit cards on a single order.
  • Some banks may require you to register pre-paid gift cards with your name and billing address by calling the number on the back of the card. 

3.  Question:  What if my credit card is declinded or I've been "charged" more than once?

Answer:  Contact your bank to resolve payment issues, even if:

  • You've successfully used the payment method on a previous order.
  • Part of your order has already charged and shipped successfully.
  • You have funds available in your bank or credit account to cover the order cost. 

Here are steps you can take to resolve some known payment issues:

  • Contact your bank about payment security policies. Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high value purchases, regardless of the amount of funds available (or credit limit). Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.
  • Contact your bank about daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Most banks have limits on how much money can be charged or accessed in a single day. If you exceed this daily amount, your bank may block your account from any further activity regardless of available funds in the account. Your bank may require you to request a higher purchase limit to complete the transaction.
  • Contact your bank about payment authorizations, reserved funds and charges. When you place an order with us, we contact your card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card has a valid number, and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a full authorization for the amount of the purchase. 

    If you make changes to your order or cancel items, your card may be authorized for each change and funds may be reserved or held against your account for each authorization.  Your bank is responsible for these holds (which appear as charges), not CT Bingo Supply.

    Some banks have been known to hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. If your payment is declining due to lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm if the reserved funds are authorizations, verify the amount of time they hold authorizations, and request that they remove any extra authorization to free up funds in your account.
  • Verify the payment information entered on your order. Did your billing address change recently or did you get a new card with a new expiration date? If you used a payment method already on Your Account, you may simply need to update some of the information. If you entered a new payment method, make sure you entered the number and other information correctly.
  • Submit an alternate payment method for your order. If you are unable to resolve the payment issue with your bank in a timely manner, you are always welcome to change the payment method on your order to another card.

SHIPPING:

We ship using Federal Express (Home Delivery, Overnight, and Two Day), and United States Postal Service (Priority Mail only).  We make every effort to ship all in-stock Bingo products within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order.  You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once we ship your order.  Please note that we are closed Saturday, Sunday, and most major holidays, and orders placed on those days will usually ship on the next business day.

If your Bingo order must be delivered by a certain date, please select either FedEx overnight delivery, FedEx 2-day delivery or call or email us to arrange for expedited delivery. This will help us to deliver your Bingo order on-time.  CT Bingo Supply ships our customers' orders extremely fast.  Most orders are in our customers hands within a few business days.

We do not ship via FedEx to any PO Box.  We do not accept orders from or ship to Canada or other International countries.  We do ship to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, provided the shipping method selected at checkout is United States Postal Service.  We cannot ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories via FedEx.  Delivery by USPS Priority Mail typically takes 3-5 days; longer to Alaska and Hawaii.

RETURN POLICY:
Please check your order as soon as it is received.  We allow 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing or damaged items.  All other return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returns must be in original packaging or no refund will be issued.  In order for us to process your return, you will need to obtain an Authorization from us.  Orders without an Authorization will not to be issued a refund.  To obtain an Authorization, please contact usShipping charges are not refundable.


PRIVACY POLICY:
CT Bingo Supply values your privacy.  We never share your customer information, including your email address, with any third parties, and we never sell your customer information to any third parties.
